Mom's passing is imminent and she's at peace. We are planning on holding the viewing and funeral for next weekend, the 12th & 13th. The viewing will be from 6-9pm on Friday the 12th. The funeral will be held at 12:00 on Saturday with a viewing starting at 10am.
We will have many thank you notes to write...thank you all for the notes you have sent and food delivered here for her children, and food to our families at our respective homes. Also, a big thank you for those of you who are watching some of the younger kids in our families so that we are able to be by our dear Mother's bedside.
Love to all!

ReplyDeletePlease let us know how we can help. My sister has offered her home in Traverse Mountain to anyone who needs a place to stay. We will be more than happy to watch children during the funeral in the nursery as well. We love you! Our hearts are so full of love and gratitude for Jeanette and the wonderful legacy she carried on. LOVE, The Harveys
ReplyDeleteWe are, of course, saddened by what sounds like accelerated decline for Jeanette. We are disappointed that schedules and distance don't allow some of us to pay tribute in person to a wonderful woman. When we lost Ninel's mom in 2006, I recognized that parting is only harder on those of us left behind--many great things await our loved ones when they are called home. May the promise of eternal families and many happy reunions for all of us in a future day give you strength during the tough times that will come in the days and weeks ahead. We will continue to unite our prayers with those of many others for strength and peace. Thank you Jeanette for your example. We love you all! Brett, Ninel, and family
